Hi there! I started Mastering and Mixing for friends and other Hip Hop artists I knew from around my way sometime around ’96 and a little while later, I decided that I was good enough at it to start asking people to pay me, and began “Redsecta Mastering”.

I’ve mastered many projects for both local and international artists over the last 20+ years, and I can say that each one has been a unique, often times learning experience. The purpose of this blog is to share some of things that have helped me understand the value of excellent audio quality, hopefully what you’ll find here will inspire you to do the same for your projects.
